Services
To simplify what can be an overwhelming and often confusing part of your life, we support you through three clear phases:

Pre-Assessment
An exploratory discussion to understand why you believe that you may need autism assessment and therapy.
You will have probably made the decision to find out whether you are autistic because you have experienced uncertainty or challenges in your life and you want things to improve or be different. You will be invited to attend a 90 minute appointment to discuss your reasons for seeking an assessment, what it may mean for you, and any support you may need along the way. Â Whilst the assessment should be a helpful and positive experience, you may find that it also carries with it some challenges such as accepting a late diagnosis and issues of identity.

Assessment
A certified and comprehensive autism assessment that will identify clearly if you are autistic. Your report will provide detail of your specific autistic facets.
You will undertake a comprehensive autism assessment that includes a thorough evaluation of your background, behavioural observations, and a series of standardised assessments. The assessments are designed to provide you with a clear understanding of your strengths and challenges and help you make informed decisions about your future.

Post-Diagnosis Therapy
A structured post-diagnosis programme of therapy, designed to help you re-define your life going forwards, and to allow you to recognise your skills and strengths, and manage your challenges.
Following  assessment and diagnosis,  many people find that they benefit from support to help them understand what being autistic means for them.    We therefore provide a six or twelve session therapy programme - tailored to your needs to help you make sense of your new autistic identity and make positive practical or emotional changes.
